You can only request Duplicates of Evaluation Reports issued in the last 10 years!

Please note that duplicate (copy) requests are processed within three business days. Duplicates of evaluations and translations are $50 for the first copy and $30 for each additional. Same-day service is available for $70 for the first copy and $30 for each additional copy.

Please select Priority or Express mail if the Evaluation report is to be mailed directly to an institution or an organization.
